Complete life every 50 seconds (115, 125, 135, 145, 155, 165, 175, 185, 195, 205).
Cleaned 195 lb
WOD 2: (9 Minute Amrap)
Hand Release Burpees
70 lb Kettlebell Swings
50 lb Ball Slam
first round 3, second round 6, third round 9 and continue to increase x3 for nine minutes).
4 rounds, 13 burpees
