Hi everyone, I will be competing with Team Alive Magnetic and an additional sponsor who will be announced in the next few days. I am really exited about 2014 as it promises to be an outstanding years of both Crossfit events and Obstacle Course Races. Below are the three WOD's from the WOD's for Warriors competition. Enjoy

WOD 1 RX - 8 minute AMRAP
60 double unders
40 KB snatches 53/35
20 box jumps 30/24" (games standards)
WOD 1 SCALE - 8 minute AMRAP
60 DU or 150 single unders
40 KB snatch 35/26
20 box jumps 24/20" (games standards)
WOD 2 - Bear Complex Ladder
Athletes will have 60 seconds and unlimited attempts at completing the entire complex. There will be a 10 second rotation between stations. Squat cleans and thrusters will be acceptable, however split jerks will not be allowed. Athletes will only advance to the next station if the entire complex is completed. Points will be awarded for a partial complex as a means of breaking a scoring tie.
RX MALE/FEMALE - Ladder will start at 135/95 and increase in 20/10 lb increments per station. There will be 10 bars in the ladder. (i.e. male ladder will run 135, 155, 175, 195, etc)
SCALE MALE/FEMALE - Ladder will start at 95/65 and increase 20/10 lb increments per station.

30 lateral burpees over the bar
20 deadlifts 135/85
10 overhead squats 135/85
